TRAINING & EDUCATION The Squadron is a great believer in educating and training people to do their job well and to their best abilities. The majority of our members are formally trained as instructors, and are regarded as instinctive teachers able to adapt to variety of audiences.
 We have developed some unique education programs that are available to you to enhance the performance of your team.
 Air Department Safety Officer Workshop - designed to teach your safety officer the skills that they really need to perform their duties
 MegaYacht Helideck Training Program - an onboard training package teaching the crew members of a large yacht the practicalities of normal operations and emergency response and a pilot training course for maritime operations and deck landings Ship Helideck Pilot Training Program - a practical training course designed to help helicopter pilots understand the hazards of shipboard flight operations and how to mitigate them. Helicopter Crew Resource Management (CRM) - CRM courses all to often reference airlines or fixed wing operations which have little to offer when analyzing how to apply CRM towards helicopter missions. Our CRM course is tailored to your helicopter operation and delivered by experienced helicopter pilots.
